Technical & Device Information
Ft3 automatically collects technical information when you use our platform, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, screen resolution and access time. This information is used to optimise the user experience based on the device being used.
Usage data such as pages visited, session duration, clicks and in-platform navigation is also recorded to help us understand how users interact with ft3 and improve the interface.

User data that has been inactive for an extended period may be archived or deleted in accordance with ft3's data retention policy. Users may request information on data retention periods via the support email.
Security Measures
Ft3 uses SSL encryption for all communications between users' devices and our servers. Passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be decrypted — no ft3 employee is able to view your original password.
An active threat monitoring system runs around the clock to detect unauthorised access attempts. Two-factor authentication is available for users who want an extra layer of security on their account.
