Ft3 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the ft3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ft3 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ft3 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ft3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ft3 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ft3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts that are unable to verify compliance.
2. Account Creation and Security
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on ft3. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. ft3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the ft3 support team immediately at [email protected]. Change your password right away in such a situation.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Permitted Use
Users may use the ft3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law — including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorised access — is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- You may not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of ft3's systems.
- You may not share your account or transfer account access to any other party.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials found on the ft3 platform are the exclusive property of ft3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from ft3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the ft3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits made via supported payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX online banking will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the respective payment processor.
Ft3 reserves the right to request identity document verification before processing any withdrawal. This is to ensure account security and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days.
Bonus and Promotions Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered by ft3 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. ft3 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of the promotions system may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be submitted to the ft3 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limitations and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Ft3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these terms
- False verification during registration
- Fraudulent activity or system manipulation
- Multiple account usage
- Legal compliance requirements
Liability Limitations and External Links
Ft3 is not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
The ft3 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. ft3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ft3 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
